Which Version would suit you best?

To create Screen Savers for your own PC, all you need is a copy of the Free Personal Edition v.3.

To create and copy Screen Savers to other PC's you will need a copy of either the Developer Edition or the Professional Edition.

Active Media Eclipse v.3

The easiest to use Screen Saver Toolkit. Suitable for the first time user and 'new to computers' user. The Personal Edition is now available Free to Download.
